9 Must-follow Philly Instagram Accounts

There’s so much going on in the City of Brotherly Love that sometimes it’s hard to keep track. New restaurants, free concerts, street festivals, art pop-ups… the list of things to do in the city is never ending. Thankfully, we compiled 9 Instagram accounts that have your back on all of the above, sharing the most up-to-date events happening in and around Philly. Give them a follow!

@Wooder_Ice

If you don’t know what “Wooder” Ice is, you better head over to John’s Water Ice on 7th and Christian before you continue reading. Not affiliated with that establishment though, @Wooder_Ice is your go-to Instagram account with “Your Scoop to Everything Philly!” They also have a podcast @Wooderice_radio and a website for merch.

@whenwherewhatphilly

The handle is pretty self-explanatory, but @whenwherewhatphilly shares all the best goings-on, with highlights that feature outdoor, seasonal, and weekly events, food recommendations, quizzo locations, and ways to support Black Lives Matter.

@cass_andthecity

Cass is a digital creator, blogger, influencer, NHL dancer, and self-proclaimed “Explore More Enthusiast.” Check out her guides that range from local business features, to restaurant week recs, to self-care ideas, and more.

@phldatenight

@Phldatenight is fun because you can search their account for content by location, date type (1st, 2nd, 500th date…), group size (paint n’ sip party anyone?), and more. And who’s to say your date needs to be human? (hello, doggy playdate in the park) @Phldatenight has unique date ideas for practically anything you could think of!

@phillyfoodgirls

Disclaimer: If you look at @phillyfoodgirls Instagram account while hungry, you’re doomed. Their content is sure to make you salivate, highlighting restaurants, cafes, bars, and more – all by neighborhood. BRB, ordering @dimsumhousephilly stat!

@phlbucketlist

If you want to explore your city like a tourist – and I mean that in the best way – check out @phlbucketlist for all of Philly’s top events and experiences. You can even book through their account, making your next adventure just a click away.

@streetsdept
